Hi Mike. My name is Barb and I was at Jokers in Richland last night.
I wanted to thank you for being at Jokers and doing the routine that you did. It's been a long time since I have laughed
so hard that I cried, but that is what I did.
I'm 50 and I live in Everett, WA but came "home" to the Tri Cities in November to have my left knee replaced. (I won't
allow a Seattle area Orthopaedist to ever work on me again. My Dr. is in Richland, and well worth the hassle of a temporary
relocation.) It's been about 8 weeks since my surgery, and last night was the first night I could get out and have a fun evening.
Rehab has been more than the normal challenge, and smiles and giggles have not been a part of my life during this process.
So the laughs were much needed last night.
I had no idea that you were performing when my friend/PT invited me to go to Jokers with her last night. I was really
surprised (pleasantly so) to see that the Tri Cities could attract a performer of your quality. I have seen you on TV several
times and am a fan! Guess it was fate that you were performing when I needed those great big laugh attacks.
